Diversity Leads To Social Chaos
July 5th, 2015 at 12:00PMDiversity is the inclusion of an individual in a social group based upon attributes irrelevant to the group's purpose.
Only individuals exist. There is no such thing as a group of people. People in a certain group are considered "together" for a reason. They share a common attribute, such as skin color or hair color or weight. They share a common goal, such as building a house or winning a Super Bowl or changing a law. They share a common interest, such as classic literature or poker or stargazing. They share a common belief, such as Christianity or skepticism or Communism. They are not grouped together arbitrarily.
This is what diversity proponents are against. Diversity is the belief that individuals should be included in groups based upon uncommon characteristics, regardless of the common characteristics the group is legitimately based on. It doesn't lead to social harmony; it leads to chaos.
