Have you ever noticed the more naturalistic art is the less realistic and believable and authentic it is? The archetype is pretentious arthouse films with beautiful actors looking like shit stumbling around scratching their asses for 90 minutes. It's because art isn't real life. It's fucking art. It's not about showcasing the talents and skills of the artist(s). It's about the work itself. Some get it. Most don't.
