You can lie, of course, but no woman can act consistently with the belief she's not physically inferior to most men. That's why we don't see any women fucking up men's sports. That's why sports are separated by gender. It's beyond absurd to think it's just a social convention not based on biological differences that are readily apparent everywhere you look. The real issue here isn't what's being argued. The real issue is how "reality deniers" get away with such obvious bullshit.
