November 12th, 2023 at 5:18PMThe mind is consciousness viewed from a static perspective. It's all of your knowledge and memories. The brain makes consciousness possible, but they're not the same thing. Physically, only the brain exists, so I guess the mind would be seen as an attribute of the brain, not a separate entity. from the philosophical view that spirit and matter are metaphysically inseparable, which I agree with, but I think it's more accurate to see the mind as an attribute of consciousness and consciousness as an action of brains. It's the idea that the brain and the mind both exist independently of each other -- in different worlds, so to speak -- that causes the confusion...
