BEYOND THIS SHIT

Making yourself look good by making others look bad is not justice. It's bullshit. The comparison is imaginary. It's effectively one-sided. That's moralizing, faking morality. There's a difference between "I'm moral" and "I'm more moral". The latter requires a person of "lesser" status to succeed, to arbitrarily elevate your own self-worth.

Judging others while attempting to evade judging yourself, even if you only do so in your own mind, is not a substitute for self-respect. Only the achievement of your own goals can earn your own approval. It's the desperate fantasy that self-judgment is escapable that leads to seeking the approval of others above your own or the disapproval of others below your own that rationalizes the faulty comparison. It's not. Your own evaluation of your own actions cannot be switched on and off at will or replaced by others' evaluations of your own actions in order to fulfill your wish to evade your own evaluation of your own actions, so the cycle continues...
