Exclusive: Tucker Carlson Interviews Vladimir Putin

1. If everyone agrees rights must be protected by some form of government, then why must rights be protected by some form of government?
2. The use of physical force (against others) must be evaluated as immoral before the violation of (someone else's) rights can be legally established as criminal.
3. Putin -- like most people, in my experience, not only political leaders -- believes physical force is only wrong when used in the absence of provocation, not that it's only right when used in retaliation.
