Vance says Trump would veto federal abortion ban if elected as president

It's a federal issue, exactly what the federal level of government exists for and should legally determine to keep us (multiple governments) united. The issue, though, is not whether a fetus is alive or human or viable or whatever, it's whether or not a fetus has rights, i.e., whether or not ANY government should interfere with our lives, regarding the matter.
That's the part, I think, is being taken for granted whenever I see anyone confronting or debating or arguing this issue. It's "Is abortion right or wrong?' without considering the government action required to ban it, never mind the logical implications of allowing such an intrusion leading to much more in the future -- while also most likely not actually limiting, much less ending, the practice at all.
