The government, any government, is not a business. The only "service" it should "provide" is security -- the protection of individual rights -- which, by its nature, is a "service" no business even COULD "provide" if a business tried because it would need the same protection of its own rights, i.e, it would need to follow its own self-interest first, which would justify violating the rights (taxing) of the people its purpose is to protect.
