The "8647" message is an attack on free will. If, as a society, we don't hold individuals accountable for their independent choices, then "anything goes", regardless of the sources of ideas, information, orders, etc. We, however, do not live in such a society. That's why it's encoded, vague and virtually meaningless -- if someone else had posted it...

In reality, though, assuming the "assassination" interpretation is really intended, it's still nonsensical, no different than saying "The sun is hot." or that it would kill everyone if it exploded or whatever. The statement was true before it was stated, a truth that was already known, obvious to almost everyone, and no more true today or tomorrow than it was yesterday or for centuries. It simply feels ominous when you focus on it from a more immediately-concerning, survival perspective rather than the day-to-day shit you've always dealt with, since before you even knew the truth. That's why the Secret Service exists. 😂
